We strive to ensure quality in every order, meticulously checking and carefully packaging each one. While we hope you'll love your purchase, we're here to assist if you're not entirely satisfied.

Return conditions:

• Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days on receiving the returned item.

Kindly note: We're unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for items returned beyond the 14-day period or those showing signs of wear and tear.

How do I return an Item?

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you would like to swap out your product for another colour or item. We will also ship out the exchanged item to you at no additional cost. However, please be aware that we do not cover return postage fees. We will ship the exchanged item only when we have received the original item.
